Christian Andvig began his studies of Yoga and Tibetan Buddhism in 2012. He has undergone training in Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yogic Arts. The hours of Christian´s classes always have an internal focus that binds the physical yoga practice together with the philosophy of yoga. Those who come to his classes will get an improved understanding of why you do what you do on the mat, while at the same time gaining a practical experience of the yoga philosophy in your own body, mind and heart.
