Annabel Guaita is a classical pianist with an artistic doctorate and over 20 years of experience performing both nationally and internationally. She is an Associate Professor at the Grieg Academy in Bergen and has developed the concept Lyttelos (“Listening Guide”), a method of communication and exploration that teaches audiences to discover their own potential as listeners.

As a Lyttelos, Annabel uses music as a tool not only to help us understand the music, but also to help us get to know ourselves. She invites the audience on a fascinating journey into the inner landscape of music.

Annabel is regularly engaged by the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra and has performed at several music festivals. She has also collaborated with neuroscientist Geir Olve Skeie, sensory researcher Janice Wang, and organizational psychologist Gisken Holst.
