Camilla Fuglesang Eide has practiced yoga for more than 20 years and has been teaching for the past ten. She is passionate about yoga and meditation as tools we can actually use in daily life, especially when the pace is high and the mind is full. As a gestalt coach, columnist, and soon-to-be author of a book on meditation, she explores how presence, breath, and awareness can bring more calm, clarity, and joy to everyday life.
Together with Netti, she runs Yogabird, and for several years they have led retreats and courses on stress management and “Time Out.” This year, they are celebrating their five-year anniversary.
Camilla is a mother of four, playful by nature, and loves making yoga and mindfulness grounded, genuine, and accessible, with warmth, humor, and a little courage to pause.
