Heidi Gjermundsen Broch is regarded as one of Norway’s finest and most exciting musical performers, singers and actresses. She has released albums and performed in concerts all over the country, and has distinguished herself in roles such as Ronja the Robber’s Daughter, Edith Piaf and Evita at Det Norske Teatret. She has also played leading roles in An-Margitt, The Threepenny Opera, Which Witch, and Donna in the musical Mamma Mia! In the concert performance Semper Eadem, which played to full houses and received glowing reviews at Det Norske Teatret, she portrayed Queen Elizabeth. The play Europavisjonar was recently staged at Det Norske Teatret and is set to return. In it, Heidi plays Angela Merkel, Mikhail Gorbachev, Yassir Arafat and Napoleon Bonaparte.
Heidi is a beloved friend of Nøsen, whose warm and calming presence lights up both the yoga shala and the lounge by the fireplace whenever she visits.
